The Digital Excellence Centre is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do. The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers.

Your work profile

As a Senior Executive in our Digital Excellence Center Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of features
• Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex technical problems efficiently
• Develop backend and frontend components using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL
• Build and manage applications using industry-standard RDBMS and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance
• Implement features using modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript standards
• Write reusable, maintainable, testable, and efficient code following clean code principles
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance systems
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with best practices and standards
• Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js and backend services with Node.js and FastAPI
• Build, deploy, and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, Mocha, and PyTest to ensure code reliability
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Continuously learn emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements and technical excellence

Key skills required

• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Educational Qualifications: BE, B. Tech, M. Tech
• 2+ years of relevant experience in software development and building web applications.
• Experience in leading a team of developers
• Sound knowledge on Data Structures, Algorithms and excellent problem solving skills.
• Should have experience in Python, JavaScript/Typescript and SQL.
• Demonstrated technical capability in developing applications using any industry-standard RDBMS/NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in JavaScript dialects like ES6 TypeScript.
• Experience in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection best practices.
• Hands on experience on React.js, Node.js, FastAPI frameworks.
• Experience in building applications on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience in writing unit test cases using Jest, Mocha and PyTest frameworks
• Comfortable working in Agile methodology, eager to learn and grow.
