Your Work Profile

As a Backend Developer, you will design and build scalable APIs and services using C#, working in a cloud-native and containerized environment. You will contribute to modern architecture patterns, security-by-design principles, and distributed workflow orchestration frameworks such as Temporal. You will also leverage AI-assisted coding tools and participate actively in Agile delivery cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services using C#
• Build and maintain distributed systems with high availability and resilience
• Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement and manage workflows using Temporal or similar orchestration tools
• Apply security-by-design principles in application development
• Implement relation-based access control (ReBAC) where required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product teams
• Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and sprint activities
• Debug production issues and ensure system reliability
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, MCP, and intelligent agents to enhance development productivity

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in C# and API development
• Experience with building scalable and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal
• Understanding of modern authentication and access control patterns (ReBAC preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing relation-based access control (ReBAC)
• Exposure to distributed workflow orchestration platforms
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and agent-based systems
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
