Work you will doThe primary role of practitioners is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.To do this, must perform the following activities within the firm:3 - 9 Years of work experience with at least one project implementation leveraging Snowflake – either migration from traditional DWHs or a fresh implementation.Be an integral part of large-scale client business development and delivery engagementsPlay an architect role to architect and design the end to end process for the data integrationIn depth knowledge of Snowflake Data Load processes – Data Loading, Bulk Loading, Snowpipe, WebInterface, Snowsight, Staged Files, Transforming Data During Load etcIn depth knowledge on Snowflake UnLoad Data Processes to S3, AzureIn depth knowledge of Snowflake Architecture – Virtual Warehouse, Monitoring Warehouse, Table Structures, Views, Materialized Views, Cloning, Hierarchical Data etcKnowledge on Integration (ETL) and Data Ingestion, Data Conversion, and Data MigrationExposure to tools like Jira, Confluence and Agile practices is key

Job Summary:

Deloitte is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead and oversee complex software application delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Computer Science or Information Technology and a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional teams and initiatives in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale software development programs across multiple domains.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to drive program objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Ensure consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Implement best practices in agile software development, process orchestration, and continuous delivery.
• Oversee the integration of APIs, adherence to security standards, and scalable application architecture.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern technologies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology (B.Tech/BE).
• Minimum 15 years of core experience in leading software application delivery teams.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager on at least three long-term projects (each with a duration of over 1 year).
• Strong understanding of:
• Agile development frameworks and methodologies
• API integrations and application architecture
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Information security and compliance standards
• Process orchestration tools and enterprise-grade software platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or other relevant methodologies is a plus.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or with global teams is highly desirable.
