Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced and result driven ServiceNow Developer at a Associate Director level with a strong background in ITSM/ITOM/GRC/HRSD/ITAM, ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.

 

Key skills required

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, GRC, ITAM, HRSD, or ITOM modules.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and design scalable, efficient, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
  • Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management.
  • Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes.
  • Education-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12-16 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
    • GRC: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, IRM
    • HRSD: Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Centre, Lifecycle Events, Onboarding
    • ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping
    • ITAM: HAM, SAM
    • ITSM: Integration, UI Builder, UI Policies
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
