The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on ServiceNow.

 

Work you’ll do

 

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead who will balance team leadership (50%) and hands-on development (50%). The role involves guiding the development team, solving technical challenges, and actively contributing to ServiceNow development, enhancements, and incident resolution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.

    • Provide technical guidance and assist the team in resolving complex issues.

    • Perform hands-on development, customization, and configuration in ServiceNow.

    • Support incident resolution, defect fixes, and platform enhancements.

    • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Skills required:

 

  • Education- UG and Above, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

    • Strong experience in ITSM.

    • Exposure to CSM, CMDB, and ATF.

    • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and integrations.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS).

  •  

     Experience working in Agile teams.
