Your work profile

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) implementation to design, configure, and deploy VR solutions. The candidate will work closely with security and IT teams to integrate vulnerability management tools and automate remediation workflows within ServiceNow. 

Key skills required

• Lead ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) implementation and configuration.
• Integrate vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7 with ServiceNow.
• Configure vulnerability groups, assignment rules, SLAs, and remediation workflows.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and APIs.
• Support vulnerability lifecycle management, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for vulnerability remediation.
• Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of VR solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow Security Operations.
• Education - UG and Above, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow Security Operations / Vulnerability Response.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow VR module implementation.
• Experience integrating vulnerability scanners (Qualys/Tenable/Rapid7).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Good understanding of vulnerability management and security operations processes.
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-VR certifications preferred.
• ITSM: Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Scripting
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
