The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on ServiceNow.

Work you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer/Engineer with 5–8 years of overall experience and strong expertise in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining security workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to enhance threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow SecOps Implementation

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions.
  • Work on modules such as:
  • Vulnerability Response
  • Security Incident Response
  • Threat Intelligence
  • Customize security workflows, forms, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.

  Vulnerability Management

  • Integrate ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners such as:
  • Qualys
  • Tenable
  • Rapid7
  • Configure vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, remediation workflows, and reporting.

  Security Incident Response

  • Configure security incident lifecycle including:
  • Detection
  • Investigation
  • Containment
  • Resolution
  • Implement automated response workflows for security incidents.

  Integrations

  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools such as:
  • SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
  • Threat intelligence platforms
  • Endpoint security solutions
  • Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

  Automation & Development

  • Develop scripts using:
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Flow Designer
  • IntegrationHub
  • Automate security processes for faster remediation and response.

Key Skills required:

• Education- UG and Above, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development
  • Experience with:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • Script Includes
  • UI Policies
