Job Title: Assistant Manager | Business Analyst | Bengaluru Eco space | Finance Transformation
* Deep and proved expertise including : End to End Contract Management for multiple types of service contracts Eg: T&M, One time, Projects, Milestone, back to back orders - WBS set up, review & Administration upto closure, Pricing inputs & review vs contract, data support for pricing, Forecast - set up monitoring, true up - inception to closure, Adminster PO, working with 3rd party and IC relationship for forecast and Billing breakdowns to reconcile / true up with forecast, Accruals, Revene recognition, Monthly movement of actuals, analysis, engagement with stakedholders for review, work with all concerned stakeholders including IC partners for timely inputs, Contract changes administration & forecast true up, closure, Reconciliation & contract closure , Reporting, Audit Support.
* Project Management in Service Industries / MEA (Middle East & Africa) market is an added plus.
* Ability to work, interact within Tower ( Eg: Billing, contracts) and across towers is a must.
* Strong capabilities in independently able to interact and handle client stakeholders with data, analysis and Portfolio views for process improvements.
* Monitoring and team lead responsibilities including owing the end to end delivery of the team , adhrence to SLA, KPI and Reporting.
* Good In Governance and client facing skills
* Adept in updating DPT/Porcess Maps
* Proved capabilities in Controls & Compliance including audit support- internal & external.
* Strong people manager with team handling and grooming skills
* Team Administration including monitoring Daily Production & Queue Monitoring, Deliverables, Leaves & Holidays, Training, Capacity Planning,
* Proved capability in Query Management - should have displayed the same in the total experience.
* Strong oreintation to Quality and Compliance requirements Eg; SOX
* Strong orientation to Transformation, proved experiene in Process Standardization, Automation, digitization
