Key Responsibilities
- Manage Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency, process standardization, and sustainable performance improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, transformation, automation, and digital enablement by analysing existing processes and identifying improvement areas.
- Drive technology, AI, and automation-led transformation initiatives to improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and overall process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Operations, Process Excellence, Automation, Technology, and Client stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver transformation initiatives.
- Conduct process assessments, root cause analysis, quality assessments, risk reviews, and process audits to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive initiatives focused on reducing manual effort, improving productivity, enhancing quality, and strengthening operational controls.
- Develop and track KPIs, performance dashboards, quality metrics, and governance reports to support business decision-making and client reviews.
- Engage with client stakeholders to present process insights, improvement recommendations, transformation progress, and key outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives and identify further opportunities for continuous improvement.
Desired Profile
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Quality, Automation, or Operational Excellence.
- MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, transformation frameworks, automation, and digital/AI-led initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration would be preferred.
- Green Belt/ Black Belt certified- preferred
- Working knowledge in PowerBI / Tableau.
