The Salesforce Consulting team delivers end-to-end CRM solutions by combining business consulting, technology implementation, and industry expertise to help clients accelerate growth and enhance customer experiences.
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst to join our Consulting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, client engagement, and solution delivery. This role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions while ensuring successful project execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams and ensure delivery aligned with project objectives and quality standards.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, solution demonstrations, design workshops, and development discussions.
- Identify project risks and issues proactively, resolve them independently or escalate when required.
- Prepare effort estimates, solution designs, and implementation approaches for client requirements.
- Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop project documentation including requirement documents, solution design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
- Support Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and administration activities.
- Lead client deliverables while coordinating with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform capabilities, implementation best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuously build domain expertise.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce Consulting or a consulting-oriented environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience in Salesforce solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of Force.com platform and Salesforce implementation best practices.
- Experience in client management, solution demonstrations, and design/development workshops.
- Ability to gather business requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience creating functional documents, solution design documents, test plans, use cases, and training manuals.
- Ability to manage client deliverables and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Heroku and Salesforce Commerce/eCommerce is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading or coordinating project teams with a focus on timely, high-quality delivery.
