About the Role
We are seeking a AVP with deep expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for large global organizations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial statements, compliance with IFRS, and leading large-scale change management and transition projects, while managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes for global clients.
- Manage client interactions, provide periodic updates and track, report and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure compliance and proficiency in accounting and reporting as per IFRS.
- Work closely with large global companies in the financial reporting domain to deliver accurate and timely results.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive large-scale change management initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and standardization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- 10–14 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and Finance Transformation.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IFRS-based accounting and reporting.
- Proven track record of working with large global organizations in the financial reporting domain.
- Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience in real estate industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP
