Your work profile:

• Seeking an experienced Performance Testing Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in NeoLoad to independently drive end-to-end performance testing engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver performance optimization recommendations. 
  
  
  

Key skills required:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
• Plan and manage performance testing activities independently.
• Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare test strategies, workload models, test plans, and reports.
• Monitor application and infrastructure metrics during test execution.
• Support performance tuning and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and project leadership.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of Performance Testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad with minumum 1 project experience in Neoload.
• Expertise in Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability Testing.
• Experience in performance monitoring and analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently lead performance testing assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Loadrunner, Neoload, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications:

• The candidate should have an educational background of BE / BTech
