Your work profile

• Month-end/year-end close process monitoring.
• Verify and approve journal entries as appropriate.
• Monitor the settlement of intercompany balance
• Ensure out of balance is zero / below threshold
• WHT compliance and payment
• Clearing of control accounts
• Ensuring IHC module is closed without any error
• Coordination with country teams to settle aged balance
• Focus on automation and standardization.
• Provide timely and comprehensive answers and information to queries raised whether internally or externally.
• Perform/Review Account Reconciliations
• Effective delegation of work
• Approval of DTP

Key skills required: 

• Qualifications: B. Com / CA – Inter qualified
• Total Years of Experience: 10+ years
• Strong accounting skills.
• Knowledge of inter company accounting
• Hands on experience in MS Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC and S4) is an added advantage.
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Team player
• Ownership Attitude
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ready to follow mid shift / night shift with a mind-set for flexibility in work hours based on business requirement.
