Service Delivery
· Project Accounting Management:
• Oversee day-to-day project accounting activities, ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Lead and manage the reconciliation process to ensure financial data is aligned with project milestones.
· Journals and Accruals Approval:
• Review and approve all journal entries and accruals to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Monitor adjustments and corrections to accounting entries to maintain financial integrity.
· Audit Management:
• Lead internal and external project accounting audits, ensuring all necessary documents and information are readily available.
• Address audit queries promptly and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
· Stakeholder Governance:
• Organize and lead governance calls with stakeholders to review financial progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all business units on financial matters.
· Performance Monitoring (SLA/TAT/KPI):
• Track and manage project accounting activities within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Measure and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
· Training and Dashboard Management:
• Create and manage financial dashboards to deliver insights, monitor progress, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Design and deliver training sessions to upskill team members while actively participating in sessions on process improvements, financial management, and reporting excellence.
· Risk Management and Compliance:
• Ensure all project accounting activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions and reporting.

· 14+ years of previous work experience in project accounting, financial operations, or a related role.
· Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and work across multiple business functions.
· Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
· High attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
· Experience with financial systems and tools used in project accounting and reporting.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with governance, audit processes, and financial reporting standards.
· Strong understanding of SLA, TAT, and KPI management principles.
· Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
· A Master's or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
