About the Role

Experienced Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban, managing sprint planning, tracking, retrospectives, stakeholder communication, backlog coordination, risk resolution, and team coaching. Drives continuous improvement, ensures quality deliverables, and promotes Agile maturity using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master

•            Handled Agile project in past – Scrum and Kanban

•            Good working experience and knowledge in JIRA, MS Teams, Confluence

•            Sprint tracking and reporting via JIRA

•            Manage each project’s scope and timeline

•            Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

•            Coach team members in Agile frameworks

•            Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

•            Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

•            Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

•            Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occurs

•            Help teams implement changes effectively

•            Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

•            Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

•            Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

•            Must have either or following certificates – PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, SAFe-SM
