Your work profile

• Ensure that the quotations are prepared accurately, to avoid any downstream impact. 
• Timely closure of requests received through sales force tool. 
• The individual will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance and add value to the process.
• Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.
• Should ensure customer satisfaction and process excellence.

• Basic Qualifications-Graduate (preferably B.Com / MBA)
• Total Years of Experience- 3+ Years of relevant experience in OTC
• Desired/Preferred Expertise- Experience in Quote to Cash (Upstream OTC process activities like Quotation / Order Management).  Hands on Experience on S4 HANA / SAP / Sales Force will be an added advantage.
• Characteristics-Exposure to working on a highly dynamic environment.  Flexible to work in night shifts, weekends & month ends.
