Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation engagements focusing on AP, AR, and R2R processes.
• Drive process assessment, operating model design, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and define future-state processes.
• Lead process re-engineering initiatives leveraging leading practices, shared services, and global business services models.
• Support digital transformation initiatives involving ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), workflow tools, and automation technologies.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Drive governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance across finance processes.
• Monitor project milestones, financials, risks, and resource utilization.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposal creation, and client presentations.

• Experience with ERP transformation programs (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
• Exposure to automation, RPA, AI-enabled finance solutions, and process mining tools.
• Experience in Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
• Consulting experience with Big 4 firms or large transformation organizations preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) is an added advantage.

• 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, Shared Services, Consulting, or Finance Transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong expertise across:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Experience in process redesign, operating model transformation, and finance function optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
