As a Manager in FP&A, you will lead financial planning and analysis for key business units, driving strategic insights and decision support. You will manage a team of analysts, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure robust financial governance, forecasting accuracy, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple business units.Partner with senior business leaders to influence financial decisions and strategic initiatives.Review and enhance financial models, scenario planning, and variance analysis.Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.Oversee spend management and cost optimization initiatives.Develop executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership.Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting systems. Qualifications and Skills:CA or MBA (Finance) with 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.Proven experience in leading financial planning cycles and business partnering.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
