Job Title: Lead Senior Associate | Others | Bengaluru | NAT:Clients
DevOps / Integration Engineer (Product Deployment)
Headcount: ×1 Experience: 5–9 years
Role Purpose
Own the path from "works on our laptops" to "running in the client's production environment". This role typically determines whether a deployment slips or lands on time — it is the connective tissue between the product, the client's cloud, and the client's identity, data, and observability stack.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and operate deployment pipelines that move the product into client cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, and occasionally on-prem).
● Configure infrastructure as code for each client environment — Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or client-mandated equivalents.
● Integrate with client SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.), secrets management, and audit/compliance tooling.
● Set up monitoring, logging, alerting, and SLO/SLI dashboards aligned to client run teams' operating model.
● Lead go-live cutover planning, run pre-prod rehearsals, and own the incident response runbook.
● Hand over operations to client run teams or Deloitte AMS with full documentation and shadow shifts.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
● 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or systems integration roles.
● Strong working knowledge of at least two of AWS, Azure, GCP — including identity, networking, compute, and storage primitives.
● Infrastructure as code: Terraform required; ARM, CloudFormation, or Pulumi as a plus.
● CI/CD systems: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent.
● Container orchestration with Kubernetes (managed services preferred) and Helm.
● Solid grasp of network security fundamentals — VPCs, firewalls, TLS, secrets handling.
● Comfortable writing scripts in Bash, Python, or Go.
Nice-to-Have
● Experience integrating with enterprise identity stacks (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
● Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization.
● Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect / SysOps, Azure Administrator, GCP Cloud Engineer).
● Prior incident command experience or formal SRE training.
Success in This Role Looks Like
● Time from environment provisioning to first successful deployment reduced by 40% over the first three engagements.
● Zero P1 incidents attributable to deployment configuration in the first six months.
● Reusable IaC modules built and adopted across two or more client engagements.
● Client-run teams accept handovers without escalations during hyper-care.
What You'll Get from This Role (All AH Roles)
● Exposure to a wide variety of industries and client environments — depth and breadth in the same role.
● A direct line into product engineering; your feedback shapes the accelerators you deploy.
● A high-trust, small team where individual contribution is visible and consequential.
● Structured rotation between client-facing deployment and internal product enablement to prevent burnout.
● Career path into senior architecture, product engineering, or practice leadership.
● Investment in certifications, conferences, and continuous learning relevant to POD work.
