The Team
Advisory for Program Management is a practice within Enterprise Technology and Performance comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings in the areas of Project and Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Agile Transformation, PMO Setup, Project to Product Transformation and Transition Management etc.
Work you’ll do
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to work on
a) Network modernization (e.g., worked in upgrade of network infrastructure such as Multiplexers, routers, switches etc.)
b) Greenfield/Brownfield Network Infrastructure set up (e.g., network switches, IP addressing)
c) Wi-fi/radio network to LTE network migration
d) Large IT infrastructure roll-out/migration projects
e) Application migration projects (e.g., reviewing existing app landscape, reviewing target set of app. suites and recommending the new apps, managing the migration to new apps and retirement of old apps)
f) Changes to in-house developed/custom land access management solution that helps in managing the land access approval lifecycle from pre-screening to close-out amidst operational ground disturbances and complex compliance framework.
As a Project Manager, the activities that will need to be done are :
· Define Governance model and Reporting framework
· Oversee and guide Solution development
· Guide the team in Estimation
· Develop Project Charter, Project Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan, Communication Plan, RAID log, Change Management Plan and various kinds of Status Reports
· Conduct / Facilitate workshops for gathering required inputs from various client stakeholders
· Review technical documents
· Manage and control Scope, Budget and Schedule to ensure that the initiative is delivered on time within the agreed budget
· Risk and Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, Communication management
· Handle escalations and conflicts within the team
· Monitor and Report progress across all stages to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
· Guide and motivate the team in multi-vendor and multi country environment.
· Define training plans, design content and conduct trainings, as needed
· Benefit Tracking and Management on an ongoing basis
· Manage Financials to ensure Operational excellence
· Ensure all required documentation is prepared and signed off
Skills Required and Experience
· Overall 10 to 15 years of experience in handling Network security and migration security
· Strong understanding of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, multiplexers, WAN/LAN).
· Knowledge of IP addressing, VLANs, LTE networks, and wireless technologies.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engg (or) equivalent course
· MUST have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
· Experience in independently driving programs across all phases (initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure)
· Hands on experience in handling both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
· Experience in using JIRA / Confluence / ADO
· Experience working with C-suite
· Experience working with MNC clients
· PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
· Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.
· Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.
· Soft Skills: Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
· Preferred locations – Bangalore /NCR
· Must be willing to travel to client office
