Your work profile
- Lead and conduct reviews, provide subject matter expertise in assessment of control descriptions, control standards, frameworks, and taxonomies including risk environment, risk Management and NFR (Non-Financial Risk) framework.
- Engage with key stakeholders, Control Owners, Risk Stewards, and other SMEs as required, to agree and implement controls enhancement opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining the Risk & Control inventory and collaborate with global teams to align on control standards, definitions, and frameworks.
- Support remediation activities, challenge and remediation of insights shared by specialist teams, by engaging with control owners/stake holders as appropriate.
- Undertake team distribution of work, quality, mentor and guide junior members to build internal expertise and continuity.
- Drive a proactive risk management framework and initiatives through enhanced reporting and analytics. Help in preparing management reports, dashboards, and program updates.
Key Skills Required

- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate BE / B.Tech (Tier 1 / Tier 2) in CS / IT / EC / E, OR MCA from a recognized university
