The Team

Advisory for Program Management is a practice within Enterprise Technology and Performance comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings in the areas of Project and Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Agile Transformation, PMO Setup, Project to Product Transformation and Transition Management etc.

Work you’ll do

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Business Analyst to work on

a)   Network modernization (e.g., worked in upgrade of network infrastructure such as Multiplexers, routers, switches etc.)

b)   Greenfield/Brownfield Network Infrastructure set up (e.g., network switches, IP addressing)

c)   Wi-fi/radio network to LTE network migration

d)   Large IT infrastructure roll-out/migration projects

e)   Application migration projects (e.g., reviewing existing app landscape, reviewing target set of app. suites and recommending the new apps, managing the migration to new apps and retirement of old apps)

f)    Changes to in-house developed/custom land access management solution that helps in managing the land access approval lifecycle from pre-screening to close-out amidst operational ground disturbances and complex compliance framework.

As a Business Analyst, the activities that will need to be done are :

·      Gather and document business and technical requirements

·      Conduct current-state vs. future-state (AS-IS / TO-BE) assessments.

·      Support impact analysis, dependency mapping, and risk identification.

·      Coordinate between network engineering teams and business stakeholders.

·      Assist in defining upgrade roadmaps and validation criteria.

·      Document IP addressing plans, network topology requirements, VLAN segmentation, and connectivity needs.

·      Ensure traceability of requirements through design, build, and deployment stages.

·      Document existing wireless/radio network landscape.

·      Perform gap analysis for migration to LTE architecture.

·      Identify device compatibility, SIM provisioning needs, coverage requirements, and integration points.

·      Define migration waves and transition strategy in collaboration with technical teams.

·      Track risks, issues, and business continuity considerations during migration.

·      Support planning and execution of enterprise-wide infrastructure rollouts across multiple locations.

·      Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), User stories and process flow diagrams.

·      Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams.

·      Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

·      Support change management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

·      Analyse existing application landscape (usage, integrations, redundancies, licensing, support model).

·      Support evaluation of target application suites and vendor solutions.

·      Develop application rationalization matrix and business case inputs.

·      Document data migration requirements, integration mapping, and decommissioning plans.

·      Support UAT coordination and ensure requirement traceability through deployment.

·      Work closely with business, compliance, and operations teams to gather change requirements for the in-house land access management system.

Skills Required and Experience

·    Overall 7-10 years of experience in handling Network security and migration security

·    Strong understanding of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, multiplexers, WAN/LAN).

·    Knowledge of IP addressing, VLANs, LTE networks, and wireless technologies.

·    Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.

·    Familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems and migration strategies.

·    Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User stories).

·    Experience in tools like Visio or Draw.io or Figma

·    AS-IS / TO-BE modelling and process mapping.

·    Gap analysis and impact analysis.

·    Stakeholder management across business and technical teams.

·    Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments preferred.

·    Soft Skills: Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

·    Location – Bangalore /NCR

·    Must be willing to go to client office
