Business Analysis & Agile Delivery

• Collaborated with Investment Management stakeholders to scope requirements, define product roadmaps, and produce Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Managed end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives including data migration, API integrations, regulatory implementations, and new product launches.
• Created and maintained project charters, led daily delivery and client calls, and tracked milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Acted as SME for senior stakeholders, overseeing JIRA user stories, QA/UAT test scenarios, and functional validation..
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and framing user stories.
• Proven track record in driving digital transformation projects within retail banking.
• Solid working knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Mandatory exposure to WPB Digital (Retail Banking – Mobile/Web) ecosystems.

• Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, Excel, and standard Business Analysis tools.
