Your Work Profile

• Lead and support SAP Signavio implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives across enterprise transformation programs.
• Design, develop, and maintain business process models, process governance frameworks, and process mining solutions using SAP Signavio.
• Utilize LeanIX for enterprise architecture management, application landscape mapping, capability modeling, and IT transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and define future-state business processes.
• Drive process excellence initiatives through process discovery, process analysis, process mining, and performance monitoring.
• Integrate SAP Signavio with SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications to enable end-to-end process visibility.
• Support enterprise architecture assessments, technology rationalization, and digital transformation roadmaps using LeanIX.
• Facilitate workshops, process design sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive business process standardization.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, governance frameworks, and executive-level presentations.
• Work within Agile project environments and support end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in SAP Signavio and LeanIX implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Journey Modeler, and Collaboration Hub.
• Hands-on experience in LeanIX Enterprise Architecture Suite, application portfolio management, and capability mapping.
• Experience in business process modeling using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Knowledge of process mining, process analytics, process governance, and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience integrating SAP Signavio with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and other enterprise applications.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and business capability modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business consulting skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Certification in SAP Signavio, LeanIX, TOGAF, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
