The team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte, spanning several business lines and various technology functions.  We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.

Senior Manager – Finance Transformation & Change Management

Location: Preferred – Bengaluru, India

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: Post-qualification experience of 10–14 years

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager with deep expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for large global organizations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial statements, compliance with IFRS, and leading large-scale change management and transition projects, while managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transition projects from onshore to offshore, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
  • Drive large-scale change management initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and standardization.
  • Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes for global clients.
  • Ensure compliance and proficiency in accounting and reporting as per IFRS.
  • Work closely with large global companies in the financial reporting domain to deliver accurate and timely results.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
  • 10–14 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and Finance Transformation.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IFRS-based accounting and reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with large global organizations in the financial reporting domain.
  • Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, German GAAP, and French GAAP.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in shared services or global delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of process automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multi-country transitions and cultural integration.
