The team
The team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte, spanning several business lines and various technology functions. We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.
In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.
Key Responsibility:

- Deep and proved expertise in Service Industries including Segment, Profitability analysis, Pricing, Costing, Operational, Workforce analysis , Support pricing, bid and project build support with relavent insights, data, recommendations, Support on Management reporting including dashboards, Adhoc reports, Strong partnering with the multiple Sr. Stakeholders with a clear insignt of the portfolios involving multiple contracts in an environemnet including T&M, Muilestone, Projects, One time, Back to Back , Adhoc contracting & project revneue/cost. Should be very hands on and should have strong similar expereince managing teams.
- Relanve expereince in Service Industries / Multiple Contract Management environment , MEA (Middle East & Africa) market is an added plus. Must have done similar roles in the past.
- Ability to work, interact within Tower ( Eg: Billing, collections) and across towers ( 3rd party AP)is a must.
- Strong capabilities in independently able to interact and handle client stakeholders with data, analysis and Portfolio views for process improvements and collection strategy refinement
- Monitoring and team lead responsibilities including owing the end to end delivery of the team , adhrence to SLA, KPI and Reporting.
- Good In Governance and client facing skills
- Adept in updating DPT/Porcess Maps
- Proved capabilities in Controls & Compliance including audit support- internal & external.
- Strong people manager with team handling and grooming skills
- Team Administration including monitoring Daily Production & Queue Monitoring, Deliverables, Leaves & Holidays, Training, Capacity Planning,
- Proved capability in Query Management - should have displayed the same in the total experience.
