- As a Test lead, the candidate will be involved in defining the testing process for the product testing with the Scrum Master & Product Manager.
- Create, plan and implement various testing phases and take ownership of the entire software testing life cycle.
- Should be able to play the role of both Testing Manager and Test Engineer especially on Performance and Security Testing
- Create a detailed performance testing report post testing and provide recommendations on improvements.
- Understand the security test reports and track to bring the issues to closure.
- Should coordinate and complete the testing activities.
- Should be able to communicate with different solution owners in improving the testing process
