Job Title:  Enabling Areas - DEC - Senior Executive - Full Stack Development

The Digital Excellence Centre is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do. The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers.

Your work profile

As a Senior Executive in DEC team, you will be designing, building, and deploying scalable web applications.

Possesses solid expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and advanced problem‑solving, enabling efficient system design and optimized application performance. Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL, with hands‑on experience across modern frontend and backend frameworks including React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI.

Brings strong cloud development experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, along with practical exposure to unit testing using Jest, Mocha, and PyTest frameworks. Comfortable working in Agile teams, with a continuous learning mindset and a drive for technical excellence and team collaboration.

Key skills required

• Relevant experience in software development and building web applications.
• Experience in leading a team of developers
• Sound knowledge on Data Structures, Algorithms and excellent problem solving skills.
• Should have experience in Python, JavaScript/Typescript and SQL.
• Demonstrated technical capability in developing applications using any industry-standard RDBMS/NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in JavaScript dialects like ES6 TypeScript.
• Experience in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection best practices.
• Hands on experience on React.js, Node.js, FastAPI frameworks.
• Experience in building applications on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience in writing unit test cases using Jest, Mocha and PyTest frameworks
• Comfortable working in Agile methodology, eager to learn and grow.
