Job Title:  Enabling Areas | DEC | Sr. Executive | UI/UX Designer - 1

·       Responsible for creating end-to-end user experience solutions – from understanding the user through user research, persona creation, storyboarding, and wireframing to high-fidelity designing, prototyping and testing.

·       Understanding the company’s design system and utilising the structure to create consistent UI/UX within and across products.

·       Participation in design sprints and teamwork.

·       Close collaboration with different stakeholders at different stages in the design and development process.

·       Creating creative decks for effective storytelling.

  Requirements: 

·       2+ years of UI/UX experience.

·       Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field of study is a plus.

·       Knowledge of Figma, Adobe, Microsoft PowerPoint, design thinking concepts, accessibility standards, UX best practices.

·       A design portfolio showcasing the work done so far.
