Your work profile

- In the Innovation team, you will be responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects.
- Working closely with the business teams to execute the firm’s innovation agenda while reporting to the Chief Innovation leader.
- Lead the creation of high-quality program reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to connect with different business asset teams to understand multiple assets, facilitating asset roadshows, support in external and internal marketing campaigns along with creation of various asset GTM collaterals.
- Take ownership of facilitating communication and meetings between business teams, senior leadership, and internal team members to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure the success of innovation programs.
- Decent understanding of next-generation technologies like AI, ML, RPA, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audience.
Key skills required:

- 2-6 years of total experience with at least 1-4 years of PMO or program/project management.
- MBA or Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
- Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, conceptual skills, task prioritization, follow-up, tenacity, creativity and service orientation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and stay focused in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and Data Visualization tool
- Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability and willingness to learn quickly about new subjects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
