The Team
As part of the Talent Relations team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for fostering positive environment and relationships between the firm and its talent. You will be required to address talent specific concerns and take preventive measures to minimise such grievances. You will be required to partner with a range of stakeholders to provide a solution, assist with their business specific talent concerns and enable a positive work environment across the firm.
Your Work Profile
1. Onboarding Tool Management
- Manage and operate the onboarding tool for all new hires.
- Create, update, and validate new joiner records in the system.
- Ensure data accuracy before integration with downstream systems (HRMS, Payroll, IT access tools, etc.).
- Monitor system workflows and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.
- Coordinate with IT/Tech teams for tool-related issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct periodic audits of onboarding data for accuracy and compliance.
2. Pre-Joining & Documentation
- Trigger onboarding workflows post-offer acceptance.
- Track and follow up on document submission through the tool.
- Validate mandatory data fields and ensure 100% documentation compliance.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as SPOC for hiring managers and new joiners for tool-related queries.
- Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Admin, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of employee data.
- Ensure timely completion of access provisioning based on system triggers.
4. Day 1 Readiness
- Ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed within the tool before DOJ.
- Track onboarding checklist completion and escalate delays.
- Support induction and joining-day formalities via system workflows.
5. Reporting & Governance
- Maintain onboarding reports
- Generate MIS reports from the onboarding tool.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation improvements.
Key Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Prior internship or experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
