Job Title:  Executive Director | Accounting & Reporting | Bengaluru | Accounting & Reporting Assurance

The role is critical to expanding the Accounting & Reporting Assurance footprint in the South market. The position will anchor large scale execution, support leadership in business pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead large high value and complex engagements

Manage large delivery teams and marquee clients ensuring consistency in execution

Build high-performing teams

Drive high standards of execution, quality and risk management across engagements

Partner with leadership to align delivery operations with growth objectives

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Strong hand on experience in Accounting & Reporting Assurance (GCC or non GCC environments)

Proven experience in managing large delivery engagements and teams

Clear understanding of business and operational growth drivers

Demonstrated local market presence and influence in the South region

Ability to balance execution excellence with commercial mindset
