Job Title: Executive Director | ServiceNow | Bengaluru | ServiceNow
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with 18+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Sales Excellence, and Quality Engineering, with proven leadership in global ServiceNow Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and large-scale delivery engagements. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and automation frameworks, and IT operations management tools while managing strategic business and technical initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow programs, including development, testing, automation, and operations across ServiceNow modules in different industries
- Define and implement comprehensive ServiceNow Strategies that align with business goals and quality standards.
- Oversee processes across global delivery teams.
- Collaborate with business SMEs and technology stakeholders to define and validate expected results
- Lead and manage the ServiceNow CoE, ensuring adoption of best practices and frameworks across delivery and support teams.
- Drive process optimization and operational efficiency through the implementation of ServiceNow automation capabilities (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, etc.).
- Deliver ServiceNow engagements within agreed timelines and budgets while meeting or exceeding client satisfaction.
- Support presales efforts, including proposal development, solutioning, and GTM strategies related to ServiceNow testing and delivery.
- Collaborate across teams and geographies, enabling knowledge sharing, mentoring, and competency development within the ServiceNow practice.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, SecOps etc across all 3 pillars of ServiceNow Platform Customer, employee and IT
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps models applied to ServiceNow development and testing.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing service line financials, including revenue and sales targets.
- Experience supporting GTM and presales activities, including proposal development, account strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills across multiple geographies and functions.
- Strong understanding of risk management in testing and delivery, with a proactive approach to mitigation planning.
Qualifications:
- MBA/BE with an aggregate score of 80% or above from a reputed institute.
Location & Work Mode:
- Base Location: Pan India
- This role involves extensive travel based on business needs.
- Hybrid work model – customized per business domain.
