Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team. This role will focus on the various processes in the finance life cycle, such as FAR, FPA, PA, PR includes the preparation of management reports, Financial Analysis, consolidation of business unit (BU) submissions, and providing in-depth analysis to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical skills, with experience in management reporting systems.

Job Descriptions
Financial Accounting & Reporting: Intercompany Activities, Record intercompany transactions, ensuring proper elimination and reconciliation in line with accounting policies Accounting & Reporting, Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial reports are completed on time. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies between the company’s bank accounts and financial records. Perform BS Account reconciliations Generate and analyze financial reports to provide key insights into the company’s financial health. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of all financial reports. Financial Planning & Analysis: Management Reporting & Analysis Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will focus on the preparation of management reports, consolidation of business unit (BU) submissions, and providing in-depth analysis to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical skills, with experience in management reporting systems, Management reporting preparation & analysis:, Ad Hoc Management Reporting & Analysis, Management Reporting (Consolidation & Performance Metrics). Project Accounting & Reporting: Perform project cash reconciliations to ensure accurate records. Execute IFCA (Integrated Financial and Cost Accounting) transactions with timely and precise system entries. Allocate project costs accurately across components. Prepare and review financial reports for data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with project teams to address financial queries and provide necessary data. Support internal and external audits by preparing and sharing required documentation. Identify and implement improvements in Project Accounting Reporting processes. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Experience Required
2-12 years of previous work experience in Financial Accounting & reporting OR Financial Planning & Analysis OR Project Accounting & Reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in financial data. Proficient in financial tools and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle R12). Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively. Qualifications A Master's or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus. Knowledge of financial reconciliations and reporting processes.
