Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT PMO to lead and deliver cross-functional technology and functional transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Energy sector, and demonstrated experience in managing complex global programs. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project management, stakeholder alignment, governance, and delivery excellence, aligned with Deloitte’s methodologies and client expectations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities  

• Understand the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and how to apply both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies within the framework. 
• Understand the key elements to set up an IT project and work closely with PMs and other parties to ensure smooth setup. 
• Support Project Manager with end-to-end project management activities and have experience in preparation of project management deliverables such as:  
• Project Charter 
• Project Plan/Schedule 
• Risk and Issue tracker. 
• Communication Plan 
• Stakeholder Mapping  
• Project Governance 
• Budgeting and Forecasting 
• Standardizing processes 
• Defining templates for Project deliverables  
• Preparing insightful reports and Dashboards that are fit for purpose, complete, timely, accurate and communicated effectively. 
• Resourcing and Optimizing resource utilization.  
• Knowledge management and organizing trainings. 
• Document Management  
• Onboarding and offboarding 
• Invoicing and billing 
• Maintain quality data.  
• Produce project reports and ensure that status reporting is fit for purpose and communicated effectively.  
• Maintain change logs.   
• Ensure effective usage of the PMO environment and toolset.  
• Drive contingency management, control project costs and schedule, monitor project risks, resources, and scope. 

Skills  

• Must have 4 to 7 years’ experience in IT Industry 
• Must have BE/BTech or BBA  
• Must have experience in Project finance management, project governance and quality management, reporting insights analysis, stakeholder management 
• Must have good understanding on SDLC phases and deliverables. 
• Must have Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)  
• Project Management certification is preferred 
• Hands on experience on any project management tool is preferred example: ADO, Monday.com Jira, MPP, Clarity etc. 
• Experience in Power-BI reporting, ServiceNow-ITBM tooling, Vendor Management, Information Management (SharePoint), Story telling is preferred 
• Experience in Energy sector is preferred 

Location  

• Bangalore (mandatory) 
• Must be willing to travel to client office for 3-4 days in a week 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global delivery model and multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or CSM.
• Exposure to PMO functions including governance, budgeting, and reporting.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Notice Period:

• Candidates with immediate availability or notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
• Maximum acceptable notice: 45 days
