Your work profile

1. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Transition Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional technology and functional transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in FMCG /BFSI, and demonstrated experience in managing complex global programs.
2. Project & Program Management

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
• Ability to manage multi-phase, multi-tower transitions
• RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.
• Delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Conducting governance reviews (SteerCo, PMO reviews, executive updates)

• Excellent negotiation & influencing skills
• Ability to manage multi-vendor environments
• Budgeting & cost control

3. Transition and Transformation Management

• Knowledge of change framework
• Managing people impact during transitions
• Stakeholder communication & readiness assessment
• Training planning, process walkthroughs, and adoption measurement
• Awareness of digital transformation trends (automation, cloud, analytics, AI)
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Working with solution architects & technical teams
• Understanding of data migration, system rollout, integrations
• Identifying risks early and building mitigation plans

4. Understanding compliance standards (ISO, SOC, GDPR, ITIL depending on org)
5. Leading multi-discplinary global teams
6. Driving accountability and ownership
7. Understanding of contracts, SLAs, SOWs

Key skills required

1. Experience: 12-14 years and above -Manager
2. Proven experience in at least two of the following:

• Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery

3. Stakeholder and vendor management
4. Platform-led projects (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
5. Domain expertise accounting for 65%+ of overall experience in any of:

• FMCG
• BFSI

6. Transition management and Digital Transformation
7. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
8. Ability to manage virtual, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
9. Experience in managing project budget and resources.
10. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global delivery model and multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or CSM.
• Exposure to PMO functions including governance, budgeting, and reporting.

11. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
12. Notice Period: Candidates with immediate availability or notice period of up to 30 days preferred. Maximum acceptable notice: 60 days
13. Business Area: Consulting – Technology / Core Business Operations
14. Work Location: Bangalore (Preferred)/ Hyderabad / Mumbai
