Your work profile
- We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach to lead Agile delivery and coach teams across digital transformation initiatives in the BFSI, CPG, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, or Finance domains.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Ensure alignment with sprint goals and product vision.
- Promote continuous improvement through sprint retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Proactively identify and resolve team-level and cross-team impediments.
- Escalate blockers appropriately and work with leadership to implement timely solutions.
- Protect teams from external disruptions to maintain focus and momentum.
- Guide teams in Agile maturity, fostering self-organization and ownership.
- Support sustainable work pace and psychological safety.
- Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide visibility into team progress, dependencies, and risks through appropriate metrics and reports.
- Track KPIs such as team velocity, sprint burndowns, and predictability.
- Drive data-informed decision-making through regular reporting and retrospection insights.
Key skills required
- 7+ years for Senior Consultant / 10+ years for Manager level.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Scrum, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks
- Experience in Agile delivery in distributed/global delivery models
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Work Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad
- Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office) / Client Site (as per project requirement)
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
- Maximum acceptable notice: 45 days
