Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in building and scaling distributed, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with backend architecture, frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices and distributed systems using Python/FastAPI, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs, databases, caching, and asynchronous workflows.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Design event-driven systems using Redis, AWS SQS, and background workers.
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Drive system design, architecture, code reviews, testing, security, and performance optimization.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across development teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development with strong Full-Stack and Technical Lead experience.
• Strong expertise in Python/FastAPI, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, REST, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of system design, API security, testing, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Cloud, System Design, or Software Architecture are an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, healthcare, compliance, or enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of DDD, OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, OpenAPI/gRPC.
• Exposure to Generative AI/LLM integrations.
• AWS or relevant cloud certification.
