About the Role 

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join the MIS group, contributing to the development and support of Zerto’s product telemetry system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on mission-critical applications involving database programming and modern web technologies. 


You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, MIS, and Infrastructure to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain backend systems for telemetry and disaster recovery products.  
  • Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.  
  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable applications and systems.  
  • Work on database programming using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.  
  • Continuously improve existing software for performance, scalability, and reliability.  
  • Provide technical support and act as a subject matter expert for applications.  
  • Follow best SDLC practices including unit testing, integration testing, and documentation.  
  • Participate in agile development processes in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.  
  • 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.  
  • Strong expertise in .NET technologies, including:  
  • C#  
  • ASP.NET  
  • .NET Core  
  • Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.  
  • Good understanding of design patterns and software architecture.  
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing and code quality practices.  
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git/TFS.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.  
  • Good communication skills in English.

Preferred / Bonus Skills 

  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker, Helm, Kubectl).  
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.  
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.  
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
