Backend Development (Golang/Python)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, distributed systems, and cloud-native application architecture. The ideal candidate will have approximately 7 years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing scalable backend platforms using Golang, Python, and Linux-based technologies. 

The role involves building high-performance microservices, designing APIs, and developing reliable distributed systems to support enterprise-scale applications. The candidate will work extensively with Golang, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, Redis, MySQL, Docker, and modern CI/CD practices to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions. Experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices architectures and implementing containerized deployments is highly desirable. 

Key responsibilities include designing backend services, developing REST and gRPC-based APIs, implementing real-time communication solutions using WebSockets, optimizing system performance, and ensuring application reliability. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and support teams within Agile delivery environments. 

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, OSI model concepts, and SD-WAN technologies. Hands-on experience with Linux environments, automation development, backend testing, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems is expected. 

Required skills include Golang, Python, Docker, Redis, MySQL, Linux, Jenkins, Git, REST APIs, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, Nginx, Flask, WebSockets, and Microservices Architecture. Experience with cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, backend performance optimization, and scalable system design will be considered a significant advantage.
