- Candidate should have 6 to 9 years of experience in implementing and supporting Zuora.
- Develop and customize Zuora workflows, objects, and integrations to support business processes for subscription management, invoicing, payments, and renewals. Design and maintain custom solutions using Zuora’s REST and SOAP APIs, data sources, and reporting tools.
- Integrate Zuora with external ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications (often Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).
- Build data pipelines and automate recurring processes to reduce manual intervention and enable seamless financial operations.
- Configure Zuora tenant settings, product catalog, rate plans, and billing rules in alignment with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests for Zuora solutions and integrations.
- Work closely with business analysts, finance, and IT teams to validate requirements and identify opportunities for system optimization.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements and best practices in Zuora adoption and usage.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for integration (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable of managing client relationships and project timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and in team settings.
