Senior QA Engineer

 Required Skills:

QA Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.

Strong experience in Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or similar tools.

Programming skills: Python/Typescript/Javascript.

Identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues.

Prepares detailed test specifications from which programs will be tested and evaluated.

Experience in API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.

Hands-on experience with JUnit, PyTest, or equivalent frameworks.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with SQL and database testing.

 Core Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.

Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API

Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Review test results, analyze failures, and provide detailed reports.

Mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge-sharing activities.

Contribute to test strategy, estimation, planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Introduce process improvements using AI insights and analytics.

Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GenAI ) for : Test Case Generation and Optimization.

Drive adoption of AI-Powered QA practices across teams.
