Job Title:  Manager | AI / ML | Bengaluru | Artificial Intelligence & Data

Must-Have:

• 7+ years of experience in software or platform engineering, including 3+ years building infrastructure for data/AI systems.
• Proven track record developing infrastructure using GCP or AWS. Preference for GCP experience.
• Strong skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript, with deep experience building scalable, secure services.
• Deep knowledge of container orchestration, Serverless and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).
• Experience designing secure, observable, and resilient distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with data processing (Spark, Airflow etc.) and ML pipeline orchestration.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD workflows, version control systems (e.g., Git), and monitoring/logging stacks.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience building internal developer platforms or platform-as-a-service products.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and integration patterns for AI workflows across edge, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Experience working with identity and access management, policy-as-code, and enterprise security standards.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical leadership roles across organizational boundaries.
