Work you will do

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated for Agile Coach cum Lean Expert to lead and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives across our production facilities. The primary role of a Agile Coach cum Lean Expert is to identify opportunities for process improvement, eliminate waste, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in alignment with Lean principles and business goals. To do this, a Lean Expert must perform the following activities:

·      Lead and facilitate Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S and visual management.

·      Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend Lean solutions to improve productivity and quality.

·      Train, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams in Lean tools and methodologies to build internal capability.

·      Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Lean initiatives and ensure sustainability.

·      Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams to implement continuous improvement projects.

·      Promote a culture of problem-solving and employee engagement through structured approaches such as A3 Thinking and Root Cause Analysis.

·      Support strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and the alignment of Lean projects with business objectives.

·      Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during improvement activities.

·      Develop lean transformation strategy in accordance with business goals.

·      Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

·      Define and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices based on Lean.

 

 

Skills Required

·      10-15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Lean implementation.

·      Experience in Manufacturing (or) Hardware design

·      Must have strong experience in Lean and Agile.

·      Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).

·      Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.

·      Demonstrated success leading Lean transformation projects in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

·      Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Kanban, etc.) and continuous improvement methodologies.

·      Experience in Auto industry preferred

·      Experience in Production/Plant preferred

·      MUST have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

·      Effective presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Experience in change management and cultural transformation within production environments.
