Your work profile

·       Program Support & Alignment: Provide dedicated support to the Global AI & Data Governance program, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across domains

·       Communications & Content Development: Prepare presentations, newsletters, and stakeholder updates to support cross‑domain communication.

·       Instructional Design: Design and structure training modules and communication materials for workshops to drive AI literacy and governance awareness.

·       Visualization & Reporting: Create high‑quality PowerPoint decks and dashboards to support leadership communication and program reporting.

·       Governance Support: Assist with “As‑Is” and “To‑Be” analysis, contributing to function‑level communication for AI and Data Governance initiatives.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with domain teams, legal, and governance stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear, aligned, and consistent.

·       Executive Enablement: Provide direct support to the program lead in preparing communication materials for executive audiences.

Key skills required

·       10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Governance, and Executive Communications.

·       Strong expertise in PowerPoint design, dashboard creation, and content visualization.

·       Proven experience in communications and instructional design for training and organizational programs.

·       Conceptual understanding of AI and Data Governance frameworks.

·       Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging communication for diverse audiences.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in cross‑functional collaboration.
