Job Title:  Manager | APM: Jira Admin | Bengaluru | Finance Transformation

·      5-8  plus years of total experience in JIRA administration and Migration along with Power bi configuration.

·      Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any engineering discipline; or Master’s degree.

·      Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence & add in’s like Tempo Planner, Timesheet, X ray, Script runner etc

·      Ability to manage user , roles, access, entitlements  and security /compliance aspects

·      Ability to manage JIRA/add in /confluence license management etc

·      Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language).

·      Ability to develop custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA.

·      In-depth knowledge in customization for Agile project management, application support and also on the DevOps stack of CI/CD enablement’s.

·      Ability to create/configure Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages.

·      Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation.

·      Good understanding of release management, change management and ITSM processes

·      Ability to work in a dynamic agile/waterfall and hybrid environment.
