Role Overview
The Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice plays a pivotal role in helping clients transform their workforce strategies, HR operations, and employee experiences. This individual leads project teams, manages client relationships, and delivers innovative solutions across HR transformation, payroll strategy, and technology enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, including strategy design, process optimization, and technology implementation.
- Manages deployment and enhancement of platforms.
- Oversees payroll strategy and operations, including vendor selection, automation, and GenAI integration.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships, contributes to business development, and supports proposal creation.
- Coaches and mentors junior team members, contributes to staffing decisions, and supports talent development initiatives.
