Your work profile

Lead multiple Anaplan engagements and workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across planning, forecasting, reporting, and transformation initiatives.

Own solution architecture and provide strategic direction for Connected Planning implementations across FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, and other business functions.

Engage with senior client stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, business cases, and target operating models.

Drive program governance, delivery planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

Provide oversight on solution design, integrations, Data Hub strategy, security architecture, performance optimization, and implementation best practices.

Lead workshops, steering committee discussions, executive presentations, and business process transformation initiatives.

Coach and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants through mentoring, reviews, certifications, and career development support.

Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for new use cases, enhancements, and broader Connected Planning adoption.

Support proposal development, RFP responses, client demonstrations, practice assets, accelerators, and thought leadership initiatives.

Key skills required

8+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Connected Planning, Financial Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related transformation programs.

Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Anaplan implementations and managing cross-functional planning programs.

Anaplan Solution Architect certification preferred with proven expertise in model architecture, integrations, Data Hub strategy, ALM, governance, and performance optimization.

Experience managing client stakeholders, project teams, budgets, risks, and delivery commitments.

Strong consulting, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Experience leading teams across multiple workstreams and mentoring high-performing consulting professionals.

Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposals, account growth, and practice development activities.

Ability to balance client delivery, people leadership, and business development responsibilities.
