Job Title: Manager | Anaplan | Mumbai | Finance Transformation
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Anaplan Sales efforts in South India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent knowledge of Anaplan, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy: Develop leads to achieve revenue targets for Anaplan practice for south region.
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs & align internally to drive solution for the client.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Anaplan solutions.
· Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecast, showcase pipeline built (identify High probability client)
Experience:
· Industry experience of 10-14 years in Anaplan Pre-sales / Sales across sectors.
· Should have led at least 2 – 3 implementation / support projects
Required Skills (must have):
· Strong understanding of Anaplan (techno functional)
· Should be good in preparing proposal, response to RFP, Drive scoping, design discussion
· Work close with the team to lead project deliverable and achieve project level KPI’s and manage financials.
· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Secondary Skills (Good to have):
· L1 and L2 certifications in Anaplan
· MBA degree with some sales experience
· Experience in finance modelling, supply chain planning or sales performance management models.
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
· Open to short travels
