Job Title:  Manager | Business Analyst | Bengaluru | Regulatory & Financial Risk

As a Senior Multifonds Migration Lead, you play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the transition of systems, applications, or infrastructure from one platform to another exclusively for MFFS. Responsibilities  include driving technical, leadership, and strategic tasks along with the project management activities with respect to migration.  Deliver high quality solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements by bridging the gap between the legacy system and Multifonds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Strategy: Assessment & Analysis, Migration strategy development, Feasibility, and Impact analysis.
• Team Leadership: Cross functional team coordination, Mentorship and guidance, Stakeholder management.
• Technical Oversight: Tool selection and configuration, understand system architecture, customization, and optimization.
• Risk Management: Risk identification and mitigation.
• Migration execution and monitoring
• Post Migration Support and Optimization: Post migration validation, Performance tuning, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Continuous Improvement: Process improvement, adoption of new technologies.
• Compliance and Security: ensure data compliance and security
• Vendor management

Qualifications:

• Experience in Fund Accounting is a must have.
• Multifonds system/technical experience is a must have.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in handling migrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field.
• Skilled in project management and leading teams.
• PM certification would be added advantage.
• Experience with end users, system vendors, and troubleshooting system issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
